The module is used as a cutting marker in the textile, wood, marble and glass industries, in screen printing or to facilitate the manual positioning of the counter knives in rewinder cutters.

There are two laser emission wavelengths: 650 nm. (medium red), 635 nm. (bright red) and angle of beam spread: 2XLPX = 3.5°, 20°, 37°, 58°, 90°

The V5 standard series uses laser diodes with a capacity of 10,000 working hours. The H3 series uses laser diodes with a capacity of 3,000 working hours.

REMARKS
The case (uninsulated version) is made of brass and is connected to the positive pole (+) of the laser. This module has been built to operate without the heat sink. However, it is good practice to ensure the circulation of air around the laser. Red cable = ( +VDC) connected to the Case – black or blue cable = ( – VDC)

WARNING

• Avoid eye exposure to direct laser beam. Momentary exposure (0.25 sec.) is not considered dangerous thanks to the protective reflexes of the eye.
• Do not direct the laser beam towards people on purpose.
• Use yellow labels for Class 2 laser beams.

Warranty limits: 1 year (V5 option), 6 months (H3 option). The warranty becomes void in case of tampering with the module, changes or damages due to the improper use of the laser.
