The system can light an assigned area with normal direction towards the projection plan or at grazing angle.

Thanks to its flexibility, the object is useful for various applications, such as vision systems (Imaging, character recognition on transparent bottles), white cold light concentrated on a target (orthodontic sector) or on a working area (machines tool).

In the standard version, the projector uses a halogen source (dichroic reflector, 3050 Kelvin colour temperature) with 50 W-70 W power output, 2250 cd and with an average lifespan from 3,000 to 4,000 hours.
The arch version foresees a white light source with 5,500 Kelvin colour temperature and 69 lumen/watt efficiency, almost the triple with respect to the standard configuration.

In both cases, the light quality is uniform and there is the possibility to cut the infrared component > 800 nm linked to the source heat (almost 90% absorption between 975nm. and 1230 nm., cold light). Once the working distance has been set, the system’s optics can reproduce a luminous area having the required dimensions at the set distance (area resolution is optimised thanks to the 0.5 mm focusing wheel).

The form of the projected area can be a light band of a certain thickness, a light rectangle of certain dimensions, a circular area. This was designed for a better heat dissipation.

The space for a fan of suitable power allows you to maintain the aluminium container temperature under 38°C.

The system requires a 12 VDC power supply for the source and for the fan (or a 24 VDC power supply).
